PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a moisture-permeable, water-proof composite film which is resistant to bedewing while maintaining good water vapor permeability and excellent in dimensional stability to water, and can give functions including deodorization properties, antibacterial properties, mildewproofing properties, antistatic properties, dry touch properties, and abrasion resistance and a sheet using the film.;SOLUTION: The moisture-permeable, water-proof composite film is obtained by laminating a porous film which is mainly made of a polymer soluble in a polar solvent and has continuous pores on at least a part of at least one side of a hydrophobic film which has continuous pores and the wetting index according to JIS K 6768 of 45 dyne/cm or below.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
