PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for generating problems including programs that are erroneously answered.SOLUTION: An image processor previously scans problems, and registers the problems by a processing server. After executing a test by using the registered problems, results of correctness/incorrectness of answered problems are registered in the table by the processing server. Problems answered erroneously in the past are mixed to be able to generate problems by making information of the correctness/incorrectness of the answered problems a condition in the case of generating new problems.
