PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent contamination from volatilizing the reaction liquid at the time of development onto a strip and from contacting with the strip and contamination due to disposal of the inspection instrument.;SOLUTION: A nucleic acid chromatography inspection instrument, provided with a strip 3 for genetic screening secured thereon, for detecting target nucleic acid by the strip 3 is provided with a first main part 1 with a strip securing part 11 for securing the strip 3 and a second main body part 2 engaged with the first main body part 1 and forming a sealed space inside together with the first main body part 1.
