PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an education plan creation support device capable of allocating proper education for each participant even if an acquisition target of skills with respect to a group including a plurality of participants is set.SOLUTION: Until an acquisition target of skills set for a group including a plurality of participants is achieved, an education plan planning part (step) selects an education having an acquisition rate of a subject technology which will be most improved on the basis of trained educations of the participant belonging to the group when adding one education for the trained educations of the participant, and repeats processing for extracting an education for the participant and allocating the education from an attendance recommendation rule DB storing the prediction acquisition rate and improvement degree at that time.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
