Filling bag making tool and filling bag making method using the same

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling bag preparation tool which can improve productivity with a simple structure, and a method for preparing a filling bag with use of the preparation tool.SOLUTION: A filling bag preparation tool includes a flat tabular base 10, an erected plate 20 which is fastened to and erected on the base 10 and has a slit part 20s in which a neck part of a bag is inserted. A method for preparing a filling bag includes: a first process in which a fiber material or the like is introduced into a cloth bag and a filling bag blank 63 is prepared; a second process in which a neck part 62 of a bag of the filling bag blank 63 is inserted in the slit part 20s; a third process in which the fiber material or the like is compressed and filled in the bag by drawing the neck part 62; and a fifth process in which a root of the neck part 62 is fastened thereby preparing a filling bag.
