PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waterproof sheet for a rainwater storage system and an installation method of the rainwater storage system that may curtail a process at an installation site of the rainwater storage system.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a waterproof sheet 10 for a rainwater storage system comprising a water shielding sheet 1 and a protective sheet 2 disposed on either or both surfaces of the water shielding sheet 1, the waterproof sheet 10 for a rainwater storage system having the water shielding sheet 1 and the protective sheet 2 separated from each other at a peripheral part of the waterproof sheet 10 for a rainwater storage system, while the water shielding sheet 1 and the protective sheet 2 are adhered to each other at other portions. The present invention also relates to an installation method of a rainwater storage system that includes a step for laying the waterproof sheet 10 for a rainwater storage system such that the protective sheet 2 side thereof comes in contact with an excavated surface of a storage tank formed by excavation, and a step for connecting a peripheral part of a plurality of the waterproof sheets 1 to each other through thermal fusion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
