PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aqueous two-pack type rust converting agent composition which dispenses with mechanical removal of rust, converts red rust of a rusted iron surface into black rust, and forms a film remarkably excellent in adhesiveness, water resistance, solvent resistance, rust prevention and weather resistance.;SOLUTION: An aqueous two-pack type rust converting agent composition contains a main agent component and a curing agent component, where the main agent component is formed of (A) an aqueous emulsion resin, (B) a polyphenol derivative and (C) an organic acid, and the curing agent component is formed of (D) a hydrophilic isocyanate compound, a mixture of (D) the hydrophilic isocyanate compound and (E) a hydrophobic isocyanate compound, or a mixture of (E) the hydrophobic isocyanate compound and (F) an organic solvent.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT
