PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide more effective target advertisement.SOLUTION: By using attribute information stored in a local storage of a terminal, a page of a domain in which the attribute information exists is accessed under the consideration of not only the attribute information of the domain but also the attribute information stored in the local storage (S6) so that it is possible to provide more effective target advertisement. Also, even when the page of a domain in which any attribute information does not exist is accessed under the consideration of the attribute information stored in the local storage so that it is possible to determine more appropriate target advertisement.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
