The present invention relates to a Bluetooth earset (100) having an embedded ear canal microphone and a method for controlling the same and, more particularly, to a Bluetooth earset (100) having an embedded ear canal microphone and a method for controlling the same, the Bluetooth earset (100) having an embedded ear canal microphone comprising: a characteristic housing (10); a microphone/receiver containing unit (20); an external sound receiving unit (30) comprising at least one external microphone; and a driving control unit (40) for controlling Bluetooth wireless communication and performing control of transmission/reception and reproduction of sound signals and driving of a constituent part therefor. The present invention is advantageous in that it is possible to provide a Bluetooth earset having an embedded ear canal microphone, on the basis of a new concept, capable of simultaneously performing the function of a Bluetooth earset having an embedded ear canal microphone, which performs voice communication through a user terminal, without being affected by external noise, through the ear canal microphone, and the hearing aid function necessary for hearing-impaired patients.
