The present invention relates to an external noise environment adaptive Bluetooth earset with an external microphone and an ear canal microphone. According to the present invention, the Bluetooth earset includes: a housing 10; a microphone/receiver receiving unit 20; an external sound receiving unit 30; and an operation control unit 40. The housing 10 includes an ear tip holder 11 protruded to output a reproduced sound of an audio signal received by the Bluetooth wireless communication to the ear of a user and is coupled to an ear tip to be inserted into the ear. The microphone/receiver accommodation unit 20 includes a microphone/receiver accommodation module 23 in which an ear canal microphone receiving cavity 23a and a receiver receiving cavity 23b are formed therein, wherein the ear canal microphone receiving cavity 23a receives the ear canal microphone 21, and wherein the receiver receiving cavity 23b receives a receiver 22 and opens a sound output portion in front of the receiver 23 to form a hollow output tube for transmitting the sound to the ear of the user. The external sound receiving unit 30 includes at least one external microphone configured to receive and convert an external sound into an electric signal and reproduce the electric signal as a sound to be output in the receiver. The operation control unit 40 is configured to control the Bluetooth wireless communication, and to perform control on transmission, reception, and reproduction of an audio signal and on operation of components for the same. Further, the operation control unit 40 is configured to transmit/receive an electric signal with a user terminal connected through the Bluetooth wireless communication, and to perform a voice communication function through the user terminal by performing a normal mode in which a user voice is received through the external microphone of the external sound receiving unit 30 and a noise mode in which the user voice is received through the ear canal microphone 21 of the microphone/receiver receiving unit 20.
