PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily report warning of an alarm or the like.;SOLUTION: A warning reporting device comprises: monitoring means for monitoring the presence or absence of an event for which warning should be issued; image recording means for recording an image captured by a camera in a time zone related to the event for which warning should be issued, with a fact that the monitoring means has detected occurrence of the event for which warning should be issued as a trigger; and communication means for instructing a portable terminal to output the fact that the event for which warning should be issued has occurred, with a fact that the monitoring means has detected the event for which warning should be issued as a trigger.
