PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately perform sleep arousal determination for various types of users from a healthy person to a somnipathist.SOLUTION: A sleep arousal determination device acquires acceleration information from an acceleration sensor mounted on a subject to calculate the number of body motions and body motion intervals. The sleep arousal determination device performs sleep arousal determination by applying algorithm to the number of body motions and the body motion intervals; acquires a first sleep arousal determination result based on the number of body motions and a second sleep arousal determination result based on the body motion intervals; and, with respect to the sleep arousal determination results, performs arousal determination in the case that the arousal determination results agree with each other within predetermined time window width and performs sleep determination in the other cases.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
