PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is not possible to continue an appropriate interaction in an interaction using an interaction engine in a conventional manner.SOLUTION: An interaction control device comprises: a reception part for receiving user speech information corresponding to a speech input by a user from a user terminal; a speech information output part for outputting speech information as information corresponding to the user speech information to either an interaction engine or a management terminal; an automatic response reception part for receiving automatic response information as a response from the interaction engine in accordance with the output of the speech information to the interaction engine; a manual response reception part for receiving manual response information as a response from the management terminal in accordance with the output of the speech information to the management terminal; and a response transmission part for transmitting automatic information as information corresponding to the automatic response information or manual information as information corresponding to the manual response information to the user terminal. Thus, it is possible to continue an appropriate interaction by selectively using the response from the interaction engine and the response from the management terminal to output the automatic information or the manual information to the user terminal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
