PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure capable of improving workability of maintenance effectively, in a motor drive device where mounting holes for mounting a fan unit are closed by a fan fixing member.SOLUTION: A bar 630 as a regulation member of a motor drive device 601 has a first projection piece 631 formed to extend horizontally from above and then bend rear downward, and a second projection piece 635 projecting downward from below. When the first projection piece 631 is inserted into an upper insertion part 540 and the second projection piece 635 is inserted into a lower insertion part 550, a fan unit 50 is fixed to the mounting hole 21 of a flange 520.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
