PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an expanding sheet which can be easily detached from an extension device.SOLUTION: In an expanding sheet (1), a plate-like processed material (11) is adhered, and a nipped region (A) surrounding the processed material is nipped and extended by first nipping means (4) and second nipping means (6) that are faced while nipping the processed material in a first direction (D1) and can be moved toward a direction separated from each other, and third nipping means (8) and fourth nipping means (10) that are face while nipping the processed material in a second direction vertical to the first direction and can be moved toward the direction separated each other. The expanding sheet comprises: a substrate (3); and a glue layer (5) of which an adhesive force is reduced by being irradiated an ultraviolet. The adhesive force of the glue layer in the nipped region is smaller than that of the glue layer in the other region (B).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
