PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods for deciding based on objective standards whether a subject should be applied to DEG extraction or pathway analysis, about the transcriptome data obtained from any experimental sections.SOLUTION: An experimental section is selected using expression level Pof each gene obtained from transcriptome data and the value of Hor Scalculated based on following formula (I) or (II).
