PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release film for a pasting agent, even if a release film for a pasting agent is dropt when a percutaneous absorption pasting agent is used, having high visibility and easy to be picked up, and also to provide a release film for a pasting agent in which pasting operability when a percutaneous absorption pasting agent is used is not inferior with the conventional release film for a pasting agent, cost is lower than that of the conventional release film for a pasting agent, and waste when the release film is disposed of can be volume-reduced.SOLUTION: Provided is a release film for a pasting agent pasted on a precutaneous absorption pasting agent, in which one side of a base material film 1 is subjected to release treatment to laminate a release agent layer 2, a part or the whole surface of the face on the side opposite to the base material film 1 is subjected to patterned resin coat treatment, a resin coat layer 3 is laminated, and the surface friction coefficient of the resin coat layer 3 is 0.1 to 0.8 as a measurement value according to JIS K7125.
