PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sturdy portable round fan capable of preventing an elastic annular body or a round fan body from oscillating or rattling for a holding member even after a long period of use.SOLUTION: There is provided a portable round fan in which a round fan body 7 is formed by providing a film body 4 in a tensioned state to an elastic annular body 3 capable of freely changing its posture between a use posture X1 in which it is spread in a large annular shape by the resilience of elastic deformation, and a folded posture Y1 in which it is folded in a small annular shape by the elastic deformation, and a holding member 5 for holding and fixing part of the elastic annular body 3 is provided. An arcuate support part 19 along an annular direction of the elastic annular body 3 and a projection support part 20 projecting from the arcuate support part 19 are provided to part of the elastic annular body 3. The arcuate support part 19 and the projection support part 20 are held and fixed by the holding member 5.
