Photomultiplier tube (PMT) having a reflective photocathode array

An interior of a photomultiplier tube (PMT) having a reflective photocathode array and a method of manufacturing the same are provided. Inside the PMT, a reflective photocathode array and at least one dynode structure corresponding to the array of reflective photocathodes are provided. Each reflective photocathode receives light and generates photoelectrons from the light, which move to the at least one dynode structure. When photoelectrons come into contact with the at least one dynode structure, they are multiplied.
