PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solidification prevention method of a blast furnace water-granulated slag capable of preventing solidification of the blast furnace water-granulated slag over long term without additional equipment for a germicidal treatment or complex operation.SOLUTION: The above described problem is solved by a solidification prevention method of a blast furnace water-granulated slag for preventing solidification of the blast furnace water-granulated slag by diluting a solidification inhibitor of the blast furnace water-granulated slag, by blending a solidification prevention component of the blast furnace water-granulated slag and an antiseptic component capable of preventing decomposition thereof in an antiseptic effective dose in advance, with water having oxidation reduction potential (PRP) of 0 mV or more so that the solidification prevention component is at solidification prevention effective concentration and bringing the resulting solution of the solidification prevention agent into contact with the blast furnace water-granulated slag.SELECTED DRAWING: None
