PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rubber composition which can efficiently recycle a waste product or waste of a crosslinked foamed rubber product having semiconductivity and from which a new foamed rubber product having properties or the like not affected by the recycling of the waste product or waste can be produced, and to provided a semiconductive foamed rubber roller as a foamed rubber product manufactured by using the rubber composition.SOLUTION: The rubber composition is produced by blending a rubber powder having a particle diameter of #16 mesh passage or less and obtained by pulverizing a crosslinked foamed rubber having a semiconductivity and being the waste product or waste, with an uncrosslinked rubber component, a foamed component for foaming the rubber component and a crosslink component for crosslinking the rubber component. A semiconductive foamed rubber roller 1 is composed of the rubber composition.
