PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus capable of accurately reading time from image information on a clock indicating time with a plurality of pointers.SOLUTION: There are provided an imaging unit 104 that captures an image of a first pointer 2084 and a second pointer 2083 of a clock 20, the second pointer 2083 measuring time per time unit larger than that of the first pointer 2084 and having an amount of movement smaller than that of the first pointer 2084 when measuring a time unit common to the first pointer 2084, a position detector 1021 that detects a position of the first pointer 2084 and a position of the second pointer 2083 on the basis of the image, a discrimination range setting section 1022 that sets a discrimination range in which an indication value indicated by the second pointer 2083 is discriminated on the basis of an amount of movement of the second pointer 2083 per time unit of the first pointer 2084, and a time identification unit 1023 identifies the indication value of the second pointer 2083 on the basis of the position of the second pointer 2083 and the discrimination range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
