PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remarkably improve chemical stability (particularly under severe storage condition) or the like of drug substance regarding a tablet containing memantine hydrochloride as the drug substance.SOLUTION: There is provided an uncoated tablet contains granules in which an area around a nuclear particle is coated by a first coating layer including memantine hydrochloride. It is possible to produce the granules by a process of performing wet granulation by spraying coating liquid in which memantine hydrochloride and binding agent are dissolved or suspended onto fluidized nuclear particles.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
