PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a monitor notification device that detects a stoppage of an OS, process or driver by means of a watch dog to execute a re-boot of hardware even in an apparatus configuration in which a CPU continues to operate when the OS, process, or driver is halted in the monitor notification device having a re-boot function by means of the watch dog.SOLUTION: In a monitor notification device having a re-boot function by means of a watch dog, a process control is provided that collectively controls a state of an individual application process or hard control driver, and the process control is configured to perform an operation check of the individual application process or hard control driver; and control the re-boot function by means of the watch dog.
