PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive material paste for a secondary battery electrode which is excellent in temporal stability and capable of sufficiently reducing DC resistance of a secondary battery at a low temperature.SOLUTION: A conductive material paste for a secondary battery electrode contains a conductive material, a first binder, a second binder, and a solvent, in which, an adsorption amount of the first binder into the conductive material is 110-1000 mg/g, the adsorption amount of the second binder into the conductive material is 0 mg/g to less than 110 mg/g, and TI value is 1.0-6.0.SELECTED DRAWING: None
