PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an interference by a base station without applying unnecessary restrictions to transmission power of the base station of a controlled object.SOLUTION: An interference control device 1 which can communicate with a femto station 5 of a controlled object and suppresses an interference by the femto station 5 comprises: an acquisition section 31 which acquires a signal-to-interference-plus-noise ratio (SINR) in radio communication devices 6 when reception power of transmission radio wave of the femto station 5 and transmission radio wave of the femto station 5 in the radio communication devices 6 is defined as an interference wave, from the radio communication devices 6 which communicate with a macro station 1A; and a request station 35 which requests the femto station 5 to lower the transmission power, on the basis of the acquired reception power and SINR.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
