PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To visually distribute a comment from a user between users by using content being reproduced while reproducing the content.SOLUTION: A content data distribution server device includes: comment information extraction means for extracting comment information corresponding to the reproduction time of content data transmitted from terminal equipment from a comment information storage part; comment display area selection means for selecting a comment display area for allowing the terminal equipment to display the extracted comment information from among a predetermined number of comment display areas stored in a comment display area storage part; comment display part selection means for arbitrarily selecting one comment display part from among the predetermined number of comment display parts included in the selected comment display area; and comment display means for allowing the selected comment display part to display the extracted comment information in association with the reproduction time of the content data.
