The residual medicine confirmation device includes: estimated residual medicine amount calculation means that calculates an estimated residual medicine amount for estimating a residual medicine amount of medicine excessively taken by the patient on the basis of a theoretical residual medicine amount which is the residual medicine amount in a case where the patient properly took the medicine; and residual medicine confirmation display means that displays a display based on the estimated residual medicine amount on a display part.
