PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbonaceous acoustic diaphragm improved in frequency characteristics and internal loss, and a speaker unit including the same.SOLUTION: The carbonaceous acoustic diaphragm is formed into an elliptical dome shape by concentrically pasting elliptical ring carbonaceous plates 22to 22whose outer diameters and inner diameters are gradually reduced and elliptical carbonaceous plate 24 with a synthetic resin adhesive or a synthetic rubber adhesive.
