PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracking support device for stably maintaining a tracking object target in a primary radar having a tracking function and capable of stably and inexpensively tracking the target by flexibly adapting to a shape, a size, a relative distance, and a relative position of the target, and a substance and a progress of the course.SOLUTION: The tracking support device includes: a feature identifying means for obtaining a feature amount of a specific region in which a tracking object target is located from among images obtained from a reflection wave of a radar signal, and tracking object estimating means for estimating that the correlation with the feature amount is the maximum among the regions of the image and that the target is located in the region exceeding a predetermined threshold value.
