PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy for analyzing a content of user's operation on a displayed device.SOLUTION: Operation information in which a user's operation situation and user's operation time for each displayed device are identified at intervals of predetermined time from a plurality of displayed devices. A plurality of grouped sets is generated with operation information continuously indicating a state in which a user operates the respective devices defined as one unit. Furthermore, for a combination of two sets among the plurality of sets, an index value that can identify an operation similarity indicated by the operation information is calculated. On the basis of the calculated index value, it is discriminated whether an operation indicated by the operation information included in the respective two sets is performed by the same user.
