PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create an entire-celestial-sphere video in which an image-capturing vehicle or an operator is not imaged.SOLUTION: An entire-celestial-sphere video photographing apparatus comprises: a compound-eye entire-celestial-sphere video camera capable of photographing an omnidirectional video; a single-lens video camera for photographing one direction video; and a camera frame for mounting the entire-celestial-sphere video camera and the single-lens video camera. The camera frame includes a vertical member extended to an upper direction from a column vertically stood; and a lateral member extended to a rear direction from the column. The entire-celestial-sphere video camera is provided to the vertical member, photographs the omnidirectional video of a visual field including a moving body to which the camera frame is provided. The single-lens video camera is provided to the lateral member, and photographs the one direction video which is one part of the visual field in which the moving body is not included of the omnidirectional video. The one direction video photographed by the single-lens video camera is synthesized to the omnidirectional video photographed by the entire-celestial-sphere video. Thus, the entire-celestial-sphere video excluding the moving body is generated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
