PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comparison table optimization program for creating a land price comparison table allowing a user to calculate a rational roadside value with little necessity of a price correction.SOLUTION: The land price comparison table optimization program includes: differentiating relationships between a plurality of price forming factors such as convenience, habitability, and the like, and price coefficients determined according to superiority thereof to create a plurality of price coefficient lists for each price forming factor; combining various price coefficient lists to create a plurality of land price comparison tables; provisionally calculating a roadside value, with main roadside values defined as criteria and using the multiple land price comparison tables; and selecting a land price comparison table capable of minimizing a price difference from a previously-defined roadside value as much as possible.
