PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress duplicated data acquisition.SOLUTION: A work machine access point device 4 for connecting a work machine 2 to a mobile terminal 3 through radio communication includes: a storage unit 32 for storing the data of the work machine 2; an identifier set unit 34 for setting an acquisition request of the data stored in the storage unit 32, as a communication identifier obtainable by the mobile terminal 3; and a communication unit 30 for transmitting the communication identifier 34 set by the identifier set unit 34 to the outside, and for transmitting the data stored in the storage unit 32 to the mobile terminal 3.
