PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable prompt and easy acquisition of a work machine state.SOLUTION: A work machine access point device 4 for connecting a work machine 2 to a mobile terminal 3 through radio communication includes: a state acquisition unit 33 for acquiring the state of the work machine 2; an identifier set unit 34 for setting a first identifier which indicates the state of the work machine 2 acquired by the state acquisition unit 33; and a communication unit 30 for transmitting a first identifier, set by the identifier set unit 34, and a second identifier for radio communication connection.
