PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user a feeling similar to a feeling when a user reads a paper book.SOLUTION: An electronic book browsing device 1 comprising a touch panel which can provide a tactile feedback comprises: a detection part 10 for detecting a user operation; a determination part 11 for determining a tactile area which is an area on the touch panel for providing the tactile feedback, based on a first user operation, when the first user operation is detected by the detection part 10; a providing part 12 for providing the tactile feedback for giving the user a tactile of touching to a book, on the tactile area determined by the determination part 11; and an execution part 13 for, when the tactile feedback is provided to the tactile area by the providing part 12, and when a second user operation is detected by the detection part 10 on the tactile area, executing processing of the electronic book, based on the second user operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
