PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic book data generation device that suppresses manufacturing costs for a content constituting electronic book data, and improves attractiveness of the content.SOLUTION: The electronic book data generation device 1 includes a composite content generation part 16 which generates a composite content by arranging contents in the arrangement order of the contents entered into arrangement order information included in content management information, a database generation part 17 which generates a database including reproduction order information representing the reproduction order of the respective contents constituting the composite content generated by the composite content generation part 16 from the content management information, and a data integration part 18 which integrates the composite content and the database together to generate electronic book data.
