PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicine registration device and a medicine registration program for efficiently performing input processing of medicine information of medicine used in surgery.SOLUTION: A medicine registration device 20 comprises: patient information input means for receiving input of patient identification information for identifying a patient; medicine information input means for receiving input of medicine information including a medicine and a used amount of the medicine; template storage means for storing a predetermined medicine to specific surgery, and a surgery template in which a predetermined use amount of the medicine is associated with the surgery; and template reading means for reading the surgery template corresponding to surgery which is performed to a specific patient inputted by the patient information input means from the template storage means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
