PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately estimate a diabetes index value without sampling blood.SOLUTION: A diabetes index value estimation device 10 included in a diabetes index value estimation system 1, comprises: an acetone concentration input unit 11 for inputting a concentration value of acetone discharged from a subject; a subject type input unit 12 for inputting information representing a type of the subject; an index value estimation unit 13 that selects any of analytical curve from a plurality of analytical curves representing a relationship between the concentration value of the acetone and a blood diabetes index value according to the type of the subject stored in advance on the basis of the information representing the type of the subject, and estimates the blood diabetes index value of the subject from the selected analytical curve and the concentration value of the acetone; and an output unit 14 for outputting the estimated index value.
