Provided is a performance computation system, comprising: a wait time computation unit (111) which, using performance information (210), computes a wait time from the time when each module of a plurality of modules is inputted into a queue to the time when each said module is outputted from the queue; an initialization rate computation unit (1121) which, using the performance information (210), computes, as an initialization rate, the probability that each said module of the plurality of modules which is outputted from the queue will carry out an initialization process; an initialization time computation unit (1122) which, using the performance information (210), computes, as an initialization process time, a time which is the product of an average initialization time multiplied by the initialization rate; and a performance value computation unit (113) which adds the wait time and the initialization process time to a process time which is the average of the times required for processes of the plurality of modules other than the initialization process, and outputs the sum thereof as a performance value.
