PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device for ground improvement quality management capable of easily and accurately performing quality management when executing improvement of soft ground.SOLUTION: A method for ground improvement quality management: allows a penetration cone 10 to be penetrated into improved ground; stops penetration operation of the penetration cone 10 at respective predetermined penetration depths; injects water into the ground to be improved through a water discharge port 12 installed at a tip section of the penetration cone 10 while changing a flow rate of the water; measures discharge pressure of the water discharged through the water discharge port 12; obtains coefficients of permeability at the respective penetration depths on the basis of a relation between the flow rate of the water and the discharge pressure thereof; compares the obtained coefficients of permeability at the respective depths with predetermined control values thereof; and determines that ground improvement is appropriately executed when the measured coefficients of permeability satisfy the control values.
