The underwear for scrotal cooling (1) are provided with: an underwear main body (2) comprising a torso opening (20) into which the torso is inserted, a pair of leg openings (21L, 21R) into which left/right legs are inserted, and a crotch section (22) formed between the pair of leg openings (21L, 21R); and a scrotum support section (3) that is formed in the interior of the underwear main body (2) and that supports at least the scrotum of a wearer such that said scrotum is lifted upward from the crotch section (22).
