PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat storage type heating system which enables a heat reservoir to be used for a function other than means for radiating heat to an under-floor space and utilizes heat energy stored in the heat reservoir in a more efficient manner.SOLUTION: A heat storage type heating system includes: a solar heat collection panel 6 provided at a roof floor that is a solar heat collectable position of a building 1; a heat reservoir 3 provided at an under-floor space 4 of the building 1; and a heat pump outdoor unit 2 connected with an air conditioner 7 provided at an indoor space of the building 1 and serving as a heat pump indoor unit. The heat reservoir 3 is connected with the solar heat collection panel 6 by a pipeline 8, in which a heat medium circulates, and also is connected with the heat pump outdoor unit 2 by a pipeline 9 in which the heat medium circulates. The heat reservoir 3 is formed so as to be used for means for radiating heat to the under-floor space 4 and a heat source of the heat pump outdoor unit 2.
