The device (1) has an internal support upper arm (3) and an external support lower arm (4) working together such that the arms are pushed against an internal face and an external face of a lateral wall, respectively. A tightening arm (5) rotates around an axis (6) between an unlocked and a locked position. A movement mechanism (7) is manually shifted between open and closed positions to rotate the arm. A system non-return valve (8) is separated from the movement mechanism, and blocks the rotation of the arm in opposite direction from tightening direction when the arm is in the locked position.
