This elevator landing call registration device is equipped with: a touch panel display unit (2) which is installed on the wall surface of an elevator landing, and performs screen display and reads a signal corresponding to the position touched by a user; and a controller which controls the display of the touch panel display unit (2) and the processing of the input signal in order to perform landing call registration. The controller is equipped with: a first detection processing circuit (11) which causes a landing call registration screen to be displayed starting at the touch position of a first touch operation when a first touch operation by the user is detected; a second detection processing circuit (12) which generates call registration request information in response to a second touch operation on the landing call registration screen by the user; and a call registration processing circuit (13) which generates a call registration instruction on the basis of the call registration request information and transmits the call registration instruction to an elevator control device (3).
