PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nursing care requirement/support requirement diagnosis service system that gives advice on appropriate means of response that can prevent corporate employees from being obliged to retire by the need for nursing care of their family members.SOLUTION: A questionnaire for determining whether or not a family member is qualified for nursing care or support is displayed on a display unit 24 and answers to the questionnaire are received from the applicant for the care or support. Whether or not the application for the care or support is acceptable is determined according to need for care determination data 48 and need for support determination data 50, and report data is generated. At the beginning of the questionnaire data, a question for determining whether or not the user of the system is a dementia patient is included and, if the user is determined to be a dementia patient, the processing is interrupted to avoid wrong determination. When the user requests the application for the care or support to be made by someone else on his or her behalf, replay data 54 is used to automatically generate procedural data 58 for an appropriate procedure at the address of the person needing care or support and transmitted to a competent official in the pertinent geographical area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
