PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool a solar cell efficiently.SOLUTION: A solar cell cooling system includes water storage section 304 for storing water, a pump 305 for pumping water from the storage section 304, a spray section 301 for spraying the water pumped by means of the pump 305 to the solar cells, a water injecting section 302 for receiving the water sprayed to the solar cells by the spray section 301, and injecting the water thus received to the water storage section 304, a drainage section 307 for draining water to the outside, a changeover section 306 for changing over the opening and closing of the passage of water in the drainage section 307, and a control section 308 for draining water via the drainage section 307 for a first predetermined period, by controlling the changeover section 306.
