PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device for circular cutting of a pavement that effectively removes cut powder remaining in a cut groove, and prevents scattering of the cut powder with a small amount of water, thus suppressing generation of slime.SOLUTION: A cutting body 8, which is provided with a plurality of cutting blades 22 in a circumferential direction leaving an interval, is covered with an expandable cylindrical dustproof cover 24 of which a lower edge opening comes in contact with a pavement surface 1A, when the cutting body 8 is lowered while rotating for cutting a pavement 1 circularly. When cutting the pavement 1 with the cutting body 8, air is injected toward the cut groove on the pavement 1 cut by the cutting blade 22 of the cutting body 8 by air injection means 26 and mist is injected into a space by mist spraying means 27, in the cylindrical dustproof cover 24.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
