Timely provision system using financial institutions

This system is provided with: an order receiving system 10 that prompts input of information W relating to a work, addressee information D1 relating to the submission destination, and time information D2 relating to the submission time; a database 20 in which this information is held; and a submission system 50 which submits the work on the basis of the addressee information. If the aforementioned time information includes information indicating not to immediately submit the work, then, for every prescribed time period, this system sends a time determination signal S1 for determining the submission time, and if a signal-not-received signal S2 is received indicating that a time determination signal was not received, the system issues an instruction to submit the work. Thus, one's work can be reliably submitted even in the case of unforeseen circumstances since the signal-not-received signal is taken to mean that the time to submit the work has arrived and the work is submitted in a manner conforming to a prior contract.
