PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and device for durability determination considering second lining, in a communication shield tunnel including a first lining and second lining.SOLUTION: The durability determination method comprises: a step for calculating maximum flexure moment, minimum flexure moment generated on the first lining, axial force on a first position where the maximum flexure moment is generated, and axial force on a second position where the minimum flexure moment is generated, of a beam spring analysis model of the shield tunnel created based on member information of the shield tunnel having the first and second linings; and a step for comparing allowance stress degree or limitation stress degree of the flexure moment of the first lining corresponding to the values of axial forces on the first position and on the second position, for determining durability of the shield tunnel.
